Our guests have been kindly requested to respect the public order, and refrain from making noise in the apartment, as well as at staircase and in the hall. This is in particular relevant to the period between 13:00 – 17:00 and 22:00 – 09:00.

Loud music, parties and get-togethers have not been allowed at any time.

Pets are not allowed, unless differently agreed.

It is strictly forbidden to leave any garbage outside of the flat or in front of the entrance to the building. There a garbage container nearby the apartment.

Guests are allowed provided the house rules have been respected.

Our guests are responsible for looking after inventory, devices and installations. In case of any damage, they should be ready to pay for it.

It is forbidden to use heaters or hot plates.

Guests are due to, upon departure, leave the apartment clean, tidy, unharmed and as found upon arrival.

We would be grateful if you, when leaving the apartment, can check that all taps are closed, electrical energy is turned off, windows closed, and what is the most important, the apartment is locked.

In case of fire, flood or any other emergency, the apartment Auer staff or competent authorities should be contacted on the phones provided in – Important phones section.

Apt. Auer would recommend that guest look after their valuable items and carry them with themselves since, due to objective reasons Apt. Auer cannot be hold responsible for them.
