Apartment Auer_Belgrade

Located in Svetogorska Street in the old part of Belgrade, on the second floor in a block of flats with a lift inside.

The building itself was built during the golden era of Belgrade in 1937, in the Modern style.

Initially owned by the family Auer, the interior has been decorated by the stone staircase and the marble entrance.  A noble spirit of old times could be felt in the whole quarter.

The interior of the apartment itself has been eclectic, nicely connecting tradition and modern technical details, equipped with split system air conditioner,  big screen TV and Wi-fi.

It has been completely redecorated in May, 2018.

There is a wonderful green oasis in the building’s yard where you can sit and enjoy your first morning coffee or have a glass of wine in the evening.

The Parliament building and St Marko’s Church domes could be seen through large and light windows.
